I was born and raised in Fort Collins, Co. Growing up I remember waking up at 5 a.m. every weekend with my grandfather to butcher the freshly slaughtered pig for that evenings wedding order of carnitas and chicharrones. I remember the smell of the burning wood underneath the cauldron and the sound of my grandfather sharpening the knives. That's where my love for cooking began, I'm a self taught chef with over 10 years of experience cooking a wide range of foods. I have a very good understanding of local and seasonal products as well as foraging from the land. I love creating multi course menus with wine, beer or cocktail pairings. In my free time I enjoy fishing and hiking with my son. I believe I have come a long way from working with my grandfather. But those deep roots are what keep me connected to excellent food, service and business,

A private chef focuses all of their effort on cooking for one client/ family at any time. With a dedication to you as a private chef, I would prepare delicious food with your taste in mind. My job will entail me shopping the farmers market and local grocery stores and cooking meals on a pre planned schedule.
Pricing will vary based on experience number of meals served as well as workload.
